Ticket Terms, Cancellations & Refund Policy
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tickets for Big Business Breakfast Club events.
1Ticket Purchases
All tickets for Big Business Breakfast Club events are sold directly through our own ticket shop. When purchasing a ticket, you are entering into a contract with Big Business Breakfast Club. All tickets are sold on a per-event basis and are valid only for the date specified at the time of booking. Ticket purchases and charitable donations are separate transactions.
2Cancellations by Attendees
We understand that plans change. If you are unable to attend an event:
You may request that your ticket be transferred to a future Big Business Breakfast Club event. Transfer requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is due to venue commitments, catering orders, and event costs already incurred. We do not offer refunds for non-attendance.
3Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute from the same organisation in your place. You must notify us in advance with the replacement attendee's full details so that we can update the guest list and event badge.
4Event Changes or Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that Big Business Breakfast Club must cancel or postpone an event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled or future event. We reserve the right to make changes to venue, speaker, format, schedule, or content where necessary. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
5Charity Donations
Big Business Breakfast Club supports a chosen charity partner at each event. Where donations are made via a third-party platform such as JustGiving, those donations are processed independently of Big Business Breakfast Club and are governed by the terms of that platform. Charitable donations are separate from ticket purchases and are non-refundable.
6Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to deliver an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, venue closure, extreme weather, government restrictions, supplier failure, or other unforeseen events.
